No it's not "right".

Many small shops struggle under the weight of good insurance so when it comes time for a claim, many would rather just pay out of pocket than up their rates by making a claim. ...

You should have a POH supplement. I have the Brittain tip tanks and the POH supplement is one page with a new CG chart, limitations, and procedure section.

Mine lists a max take off wt as 3100 lbs. ...

Well, I finally got my own Bonanza! It's a 59 K-35 with tip tanks and a host of upgrades.
Anyone ever have trouble getting all the fuel out of the main aux tanks? The previous owner had all the fuel ...
