G35 Bonanza flutter after a re-skinning.

Hey, it's not just the 35, A35 , B35 and 35R's that have the problem.

Bad parts and bad repair processes are the problem, NOT the airplane or pilot!

Look what happens when one Repair Station tried a new method to save weight and use less rivets on the trailing edge during the assembly process during a re-skin job. Also notice the corrugated skin groves and how more shallow they are compared to the original skins which reduces the skin rigidity and overall strength, "Time to wake up Raytheon".

Nothing in the current AD's or SB's mentions the real problem that is obvious.

The outer half of this ruddervator section completely detached itself from the plane during flight.
