Does any one know where to get a starter rebuilt? It started to slip and will not turn over the engine.
Starter is a 36 E14 C1

Look at this link, I have a few shops listed that will repair or exchange your 36E14.

Have you already verified that something else isn't the problem such as starter relay? Just want to make sure that you are getting proper supply voltage to the starter for it to work. |

Yes ,the outer ring gear in the housing has eaten itself up. looks like some one has taken it apart before and not timed the gears in the proper timing before putting it back together.
I talked to Mike at Aircraft Systems and he does not have any starters at this time.
